Can I bring dogs?
Yes, up to 3 dogs are welcome at the property. Toilet-trained dogs are also welcome inside, but please keep them off the furniture.
Is the garden fully fenced?
Yes. The property is fully fenced, including the front yard. The front and back yards can also be separated if you need to keep your dogs in just one part of the garden.
Does the house have EV charging?
Yes. There is a Type 2, 7 kW EV charger. Free charging uses excess solar power only; on a sunny day you can expect around 30 kWh of charge, depending on conditions. Paid charging is also available.
How many people can stay?
The property accommodates a maximum of 10 guests and is designed with extended families in mind.
Is there somewhere to work remotely?
Yes. There is a desk in the upstairs living room and another in Bedroom 2 for a quieter workspace. The property has 500 Mbit/s FTTP internet.
Is linen included in the rental price?
No. To help keep costs down, guests bring their own sheets and towels. We provide tea towels, pillows and blankets or doonas. If you need linen, we can recommend good local linen hire services.
Is there an outdoor shower?
Yes. There is a hot-water outdoor shower at the rear of the building, ideal for washing off after a day at the beach.
Are any bedrooms accessible without stairs?
The master bedroom is downstairs, with a single step to enter the bedroom. All other bedrooms are upstairs.
How many cars can be parked at the property?
There is space for 2 cars in the driveway.
